Taize Worship Service: All Souls Day

Join us for a solemn remembrance of All Souls during our Taize worship service on Saturday November 1, 2025 at 5 pm.  Light a candle in remembrance of a loved one, and connect with the divine in our candlelit sanctuary.

Our cantors will be Nicolette and Philip Norris.  Nicolette is a lifelong choral singer and church musician.  A native of Virginia and a UVA grad, she was a founding member of Zephyrus, Central Virginia’s early music vocal ensemble.  For many years, she has sun in the choir at Saint James episcopal Church in Lancaster and co-founded their compline choir in 2013.  She is a member of the Susquehanna Chorale.

Philip Norris has been singing in choirs for most of his life, beginning at St. Thomas Choir School in New York, NY.  A native of Lancaster, he as performed extensively in church, college and symphonic settings.  Philip currently serves as a section leader in the choir at Saint James Episcopal Church in Lancaster.  Philip is also a member of the Susquehanna Chorale.

Nicolette and Philip will be accompanied by J.R. Ankney on the keyboard.  A reception will follow the service in the Undercroft.  All are welcome.
