Second Sunday after Christmas Day: Epiphany and Holy Eucharist

Join us as we celebrate the second Sunday after Christmas Day with a service of Holy Eucharist. We will also celebrate the Epiphany of our Lord, on January 6, 2026. At the end of the service, parishioners can take a Blessing Box to chalk the doors of their homes with the Epiphany blessing for this year.
The blessing boxes contain all you need to Chalk the Doors of your home, as a blessing for you and your family for the new year, following the revelation of Christ. This year’s inscription is 20+C+M+B+26, symbolizing the Magi (Caspar, Melchior, Balthasar) and “Christus Mansionem Benedicat” (May Christ bless this house), often accompanied by prayers for health, peace, and welcoming Christ, using blessed chalk from your parish. You gather the family, read prayers, bless the door with holy water (optional), and inscribe the chalk mark on the lintel for a blessing on the home and its inhabitants for the new year, following the revelation of Christ.
The Reverend Martha Harris will preach and preside. John Landis will play the organ.
