Join us on Wednesday August 28 for our weekly service of Morning Prayer, Rite II, led by Brother David Rutledge. We will learn about Augustine of Hippo, a Bishop and Theologian in the early Church. Perhaps the best known theologian in the history of Western Christianity, he was born in 354 at Tagaste in North Africa. Augustine wrote countless treatises, letters and sermons. His writings provided a rich source of new and fresh insights into Christian truth.
