Happy Easter!

After the Great Vigil of Easter vigil  held on Saturday night at Saint Paul, Columbia,  we return to Saint Luke to continue our journey to the empty tomb.

And the Glory, a poem by Ann Weems helps put our Easter transition into perspective:

The silence breaks into morning,

The one star lights the world.

The lily springs to life and

Not even Solomon…

Let it begin with singing and never end….

For He who was no more is forever more!
