DESCRIPTION:Join us on Saturday February 3\, 2024 at 5 pm for a candlelit service of scripture\, prayer and chants\, based on worship services from the religious community of Taize\, France. \nDouglas Beach\, Minister of Music at St. John’s Episcopal Church in Lancaster\, will play the Taize music on the piano\, and lead the chanting.  Douglas is an accomplished musician of choral\, organ and piano music. \nFind your inner peace during this contemplative service.  When you enter the sanctuary\, pick up a candle to light in memory of a loved one\, or as a focus of your devotional prayer that evening.  We ask that you leave the sanctuary in silence at the end of the service.
