DESCRIPTION:Join us for our weekly service of Morning Prayer when we commemorate the Reverend John Mason Neale\, Priest and Hymnographer who died in 1866.  According to the book\, Holy Women\, Holy Men\, Rev. DESCRIPTION:The Pentecost event was the fulfillment of a promise which Jesus gave concerning the return of the Holy Spirit. The speaking in tongues\, which was a major effect of having received the Spirit\, is interpreted by some to symbolize the church’s worldwide preaching. \nJoin us for a festive celebration of Pentecost\, sometimes referred to as Whitsunday.  We are encouraged to wear red to church on Pentecost.   Red is the liturgical color worn when celebrating Saints Days and Ordinations.
