DESCRIPTION:  \n \nJoin us on Saturday October 4\, 2025  at 5 pm for a special Taize worship service led by the Reverend Scott Sciliano\, Pastor of Colonial Park United Church of Christ.  As a former organist and long time friend of Saint Luke\, we look forward to welcoming Scott and appreciating his musical skills and talent.  Scott will lead the chanted prayers and perform one of his own composition. Light a candle for a loved one and nourish your soul in our candlelit sanctuary. \nFollowing the service\, join us for a bonfire and snacks on the lawn outside the church. \nAll are welcome. \n  \n

DESCRIPTION:Join us on Sunday September 28 at 11 am for a service of Holy Eucharist in celebration of the 16th Sunday after Pentecost.  The Reverend Martha Harris\, Saint Luke’s Pastor\, will preach and preside. \nStay after the service and join us in celebrating the retirement of our two beloved organists\, Beth Warren and Tom Breneman.  A covered dish luncheon will be served in the Undercroft where we will share the joy of music\, faith\, food and fellowship.  All are welcome. \nScripture lessons for Sunday are: \nAmos 6: 1a. 4-7 \nPsalm 146 \n1 Timothy 6: 6-19 \nLuke 16:19-31 \nCoffee hour before the service begins at 9:30 am. \nNot able to join us in person?  Watch the service on our YouTube Channel.

DESCRIPTION:Back by popular demand!  Saint Luke’s Hospitality Committee invites you to join us for a Spaghetti Dinner on Thursday September 18\, 2025 from 4 – 7 pm in the Undercroft.   Funds raised will support the outreach ministries of Saint Luke. \nMeals consist of spaghetti and meatballs\, salad\, garlic bread\, dessert and beverage of your choice.  Dine in and take out options available. \nAll for $15\, youth and adults\, 10 and up. \nChildren ages 4 – 9\, $10 \nUnder 4 years old eat free!Where can you get a better Italian meal that at Saint Luke?  Bring your friends and family.  The community is invited.  Call Gail 717-538-0810 to reserve your seat at the table and buy tickets.

DESCRIPTION:Members of Saint Luke and Saint Paul and their families\, friends and favorite dogs are invited to a joint parish picnic and fun day at Samuel Lewis State Park in Hellam\, PA.  Bring a chair and food to share.  The afternoon will conclude with a service of Holy Eucharist\, led by our Pastor\, the Reverend Martha Harris and Deacon Hank Morrow  Outdoor games will start at 2 pm.  Picnic Supper at 4:30 pm.  Worship servie at 5:30 pm.  All are welcome!
